Allison Allen

Ms. Allen is Chief Human Resources Officer of Orchard Global. Prior to joining Orchard Global, Ms. Allen was at EY from 2001 to 2019, most recently as a Director, where she was the Talent Leader for the firm’s Southwest Region. Ms. Allen’s team was responsible for the ongoing advancement and implementation of the EY talent agenda as well as leveraging data analytics, diversity, and inclusion to support business development and strategic priorities. She also led the U.S. Talent Specialist Team, a Center of Excellence where Ms. Allen specialized in operational functions such as Employee Investigations, Contingent Workforce, and Project Management. 

Ms. Allen was recognized by Women We Admire as Top 50 Women Leaders of Houston for 2022. She was also EY’s 2017 Working Mother of the Year, as part of the firm’s annual participation in the Working Mother 100 Best Companies competition. She is a member of Chief, and a member of the Forbes Human Resource Council. 

Ms. Allen holds a BA in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
