Tara Muller

Ms. Muller is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Orchard Global. Prior to joining Orchard Global, Ms. Muller was employed at Simmons & Company International from 2005 to 2016, as their Director of Human Resources. Ms. Muller was tasked with creating a Human Resource Department to manage the life cycle of an employee, including the onboarding, performance management, employee relations, recruiting, internships and learning processes at the boutique investment bank. Prior to Simmons, Ms. Muller worked at Ernst & Young, L.L.P. as their Gulf Coast Area People Leader. 

Ms. Muller holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and a Masters in Professional Accounting with a Concentration in Tax Consulting from University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation through the Human Resource Certification Institute.
